Remedy by Ari needed to break into the highly competitive haircare segment on TikTok Shop. The brand had a quality product line but limited audience reach, inconsistent daily sales, and no repeatable system for turning viewer attention into orders during the brand's most critical commerce windows.

How we tackled it

    Built a LIVE-first revenue engine: scheduled regular LIVE selling sessions during peak shopper windows. LIVE went on to contribute 23–93% of GMV across the period, making it the dominant channel.

    Layered on affiliate marketing for amplification. Affiliate contribution averaged around 25%, driving the largest single-day spikes by activating creators on promotional days.

    Added linked accounts (12–15% contribution) as a supplementary growth channel, expanding reach beyond the brand's own audience.

    Optimized product cards (4–40% organic contribution) so passive browsers could buy without watching a LIVE — keeping baseline conversion steady between events.

    Built campaign calendars around peak performance days like Nov 11 ($33K / 2,145 orders) and Nov 24 ($71K / 2,139 orders), so promotional spend and creator pushes lined up with high-traffic windows.
